Coordination

A Move Manager will coordinate every aspect of the move and will be responsible for communicating and organising all steps involved in the moving process, from initial survey to delivery at destination and the receipt of post move evaluations.

The Move Manager will agree packing dates, make any necessary parking arrangements locally, arrange crating or containerisation, organise transport by road, sea, or air; liaising with our partners in the destination country to notify them of the arrival of the shipment and to coordinate customs clearance and delivery.

The Move Manager will be fully aware of the challenges that moving home can bring, especially internationally, and will use all their skills to guide our customers through the process, including helping to obtain the various permits and permissions that will allow the goods to enter the destination country. They will coordinate the progress of each stage of the move, at all times keeping the client informed of any relevant events.
